This is by far the greatest Neocity I've ever seen. It's only the second site I've seen, but I can't imagine my opinion is going to change!

My internet is currently suspended, and as a result, incredibly slow (Around 20 Kbps most times), so I looked around Neocities for a page, particularly Sylveon themed because I was going to send a recording to my friend with a Sylveon sona. The way it loaded really reminded me of how it used to me. Aside from that, this website is adorable, and I love it. <3

Just want to say that your website and collection are a dream that I could only hope to reach too, it looks amazing! From one Gen1 Eevee fanatic turned Sylveon fangirl to another!
